A kernel panic occurs when your pi-top fails to boot properly or crashes preventing you from using the pi-top. To quickly fix this we recommend doing a clean install of the pi-top OS.

A clean install will format and completely erase all other content on your microSD card and a completely new installation of the pi-top operating system will replace this.
