Returns within 30 days
Customers may be allowed to return their products within 30 days of delivery of the product, not the day they made their purchase nor the day they opened the box. After these 30 days, customers are not allowed to return their units for the full retail value. Purchases made elsewhere will have to follow their sellers' returns guidelines
If a customer has a faulty product and has been diagnosed to be faulty by a support agent, they will be provided with a replacement after their product has been returned. Customers are not eligible to return their product 30 days after their delivery. After this time, the company may offer to repair the product or replace the faulty product. Every effort will be made to give the customer a like-for-like replacement, though in some cases it may not be possible to match product colour or other cosmetic features. This applies to purchases made from our online store and from our official resellers given the customer can provide proof of purchase.
Contacting us during your warranty period will still make sure we can replace or repair your product for free. Even if your faulty product is shipped after your warranty period, repairs and replacements can be done for free under this condition.
Customers that return their product within 30 days will be given a full refund. Customers will be issued a refund once the item has been returned and inspected. pi-top is not obliged to pay for return shipping, though, may offer to do so. Once issued a refund, the customer should expect their money to come back into their account within 3-5 working days. If the money has not been received by this point then they should contact their bank before contacting pi-top.
