      Statement of REACH Compliance

      This statement acknowledges that CEED Ltd's (Trading as pi-top) products are compliant to the European Union Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 (the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals or REACH).

      Please note that CEED Ltd undertook the following two reviews:

      1. CEED Ltd researched its role and responsibility as defined by REACH
      2. CEED Ltd contacted its suppliers and requested that they review their components' raw materials, alloys, and additives against the REACH SVHC Candidate List

       

      The results of the respective reviews are as follows:

      1. CEED Ltd’s role is that of an article producer with its manufactured products considered as defined under REACH regulation Article 3.
      2. CEED Ltd received written responses from its suppliers, declaring that none of the substances on the REACH SVHC Candidate List can be found in their materials.

      Based on the aforementioned information, CEED Ltd has determined that there is no further action required on our company’s part according to REACH.
