When requesting for a replacement part or if you would like to schedule in a repair for your pi-top. Please contact our Support Team, who will assist further - support@pi-top.com .
Purchase a replacement part for my pi-top
Our Support Team will provide you with a quote confirming the price of the part(s), and any further information that would be of relevance to you.
Please note that all quotes provided will include shipping costs.
Once you have confirmed that you are happy to proceed with the purchase, you will be asked to confirm the following:
- Your preferred address to collect the pi-top
- The shipping address to return the pi-top
- A preferred contact number
- Your email address
Schedule my pi-top in for repair - Covered under Warranty
If you have incurred a manufacturing fault with your pi-top, our Support Team will schedule in a repair for you; to which you will be provided with a quote confirming the price of the repair, and any further information that would be of relevance to you.
All manufactured faults in relation to your pi-top can be repaired 'free of charge', depending on whether your pi-top is currently within warranty.
Please note that your warranty cover is dependent on your location, as shown below:

United States + Rest of the world - 1 years cover

UK + European Union - 2 years cover
For the rest of the world, the warranty is usually one year. For those who live outside of the EU and the United States, please contact our Support Team or go to our website pi-top.com to confirm warranty in your region.
The Support Team will always ask if you can provide any evidence to confirm that your pi-top is currently covered under warranty. This will consist of you providing us with, your proof of purchase or a receipt, so please always have acopy of it ready to send
Once we have confirmed that your pi-top is under warranty, and you are happy to proceed with the repair, you will be asked to confirm the following:
- Your preferred address to collect the pi-top
- The shipping address to return the pi-top
- A preferred contact number
- Your email address
Schedule my pi-top in for repair - Outside of Warranty
If your pi-top is outside of warranty you will be informed of the price of the repair, and you will be required to pay for the service. Price will vary depending on the region you're in plus the level of repair necessary. We don't always allow users to perform their own repairs as they are at risk of causing harm to themselves or damaging their products.
As mentioned above, once you are happy to proceed with the repair, you will be asked to confirm the following:
- Your preferred address to collect the pi-top
- The shipping address to return the pi-top
- A preferred contact number
- Your email address
- The serial number of the pi-top (this can be found on the underside of the device)
Processing Payments & Delivery
All payments made whether purchasing a replacement part(s) or repair, will be processed via our company PayPal account. A link will be provided to you by one of our Support Team members.
At this time we are only accepting payments via our company PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, unfortunately we will be unable to proceed with your purchase.
If you're based in the EU or in USA then the repair service will take 5 working days from the day of collection.
